Best Ever Chocolate Icing

Yields enough for two 9X13 cakes

Ingredients:    

1 pound              semi sweet or bitter-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup                  heavy chipping cream (NOT whipped)

3 tablespoons     unsalted butter (please don’t even think of using margarine)

3 tablespoons     granulated sugar

1 tablespoon      flavoring – vanilla or brandy or rum (optional)
