Dessert decisions: making it a sweet Annual Dinner & Auction

When you’re serving dinner to 300 guests, the pressure’s on to end the meal on a sweet note.

As we prepare for our Annual Dinner & Auction on Saturday, March 24th, our minds naturally turn to dessert. We asked volunteers and guests to taste test two options for the dessert at this year’s dinner. The choices were Sugar Cream Cake with a Blueberry Sauce or Killer Brownie with Cherry Compote and a Truffle.

Kitchen volunteers Selma and Caroline have voiced their opinions (above). Even Ed Shirey of Wagner Auction and Real Estate (below, left), our volunteer auctioneer for the event, weighed in on the matter. Which one sounds best to you?
