Chef Kirk has been a regular volunteer at the Soup Kitchen of Muncie for several years. He is a busy man sharing his talents and skills with many including teaching baking in the culinary program at Ivy Tech, demonstrating his wood burning oven to the members of the local chapter of the American Culinary Federation, hosting international students and still finding time to cook for many causes including the UU Church’s annual bazaar.
