It’s all about Community!
Our community has always been supportive of the Soup Kitchen in our mission to help our neighbors in need. We hold various fundraisers during the year, but you can also hold your own fundraiser/donation drive.
Here are some ideas of what you can do:
- Individuals and families can ask for donations on our behalf instead of gifts at birthdays and holidays;
- Associations/Organizations/Businesses can accept donations at their monthly lunch meetings or get togethers;
- Created a family event to give;
- Organize a food drive with your youth group, boy scout or girl scout troop, office, book group, etc;
Be as creative and fun as you want with your fundraising.
