A homemade banana cake was the star of a recent lunch at the Soup Kitchen of Muncie. Matilda, a regular volunteer, made it. She is a generous baker who is most creative and talented. Garnished with some donated fresh raspberries, the cake was worthy on being on any dessert menu in Muncie. Luckily our guests got to enjoy it. Thanks, Matilda!
